Early warning and anticipatory action

Early warning saves lives only when forecasts reach people and trigger pre-agreed action; anticipatory action moves funds before impacts peak. This section of the Early Warning and Anticipatory Action subsite sets records for warnings, triggers, thresholds, activations and their verification, built on CAP and WIS 2.0, so that the Early Warnings for All agenda and anticipatory programmes can evidence reach, timeliness and trigger skill. Every artifact of the area carries a UNI (Unique Nexus Identifier), which identifies and never certifies.
